We host Our website on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host this site.   
 

When You consume, download, or purchase Our Offering(s), You are given suitable notice that these Terms and Conditions of Use exist. When purchasing any of Our Offering(s), you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full Offering(s) listing(s) before making a commitment to purchase said Offering(s): (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase Our Offering(s) when you commit and confirm your purchase by completing the check-out payment process.
 

The prices we charge for using Our Offering(s) are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change and update the prices for Our Offering(s) at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Contract

These Term and Conditions of Use is a contract between Us and You. When you download or purchase Offering(s) from Us, We grant You a licence (that is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable) to consume or download such content to your computer and/or other device(s) for the sole purpose of your personal, non-commercial use. You agree that You will not copy, reproduce, forward, distribute or use the content or Our Offering(s) other than as defined in this contract. You are not permitted to distribute, lease, modify, sell, transfer, or publicly perform or share Our Offering(s) in any manner, and You must not use it for Your own commercial use. You agree not to alter or tamper with the Our Offering(s) or create any imitations of or from it. We may terminate Your licence to use any of Our Offering(s) downloaded or purchased if You breach this contract.
 

Payment

All “Offerings” sold by Us are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are located in Australia, you will be charged Australian Goods and Services Tax. We do not process Your financial information in-house as We do not have the capability to perform these functions. As such, We use a third-party processors for payment processing. These third-party processors are called Stripe and PayPal. When You select your payment option and purchase Our Offering(s), Stripe or PayPal (whichever you have selected) takes Your payment information and as a third-party processor, they process Your payment and remit the funds to Us. Financial data related to Your payment method, such as credit card or bank transfer details, are collected in order to allow You to purchase Our Offering(s) from Our website. Warranty

Applicable to physical products only, where We receive a valid warranty claim, We will repair or replace at our discretion Our Offering(s) which are physically defective for a period up to three (3) months after Your original purchase. This warranty does not apply to, or include, defects or damage which occur as a result of general wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage of Our Offering(s).
 

Refunds, Returns & Digital Products Policy  

We take Your investment seriously, and We would appreciate if You took Our investment of time and resources into creating products for You seriously too. We believe in Our products and Your satisfaction with them is important to Us. As some of Our products are digital goods accessed via internet download, under Australian Consumer Law, You are not entitled to a refund if You change Your mind, find a similar product for cheaper elsewhere, decide that You don’t like the purchase, or if You have no use for it. This policy also applies to Our physical products too.

A request for a refund for the “How to Talk to Kids About Money” eBook product, paperback books including “My Money Lesson from Ms Boss: A Book About Making Money and Finding Joy”, "My Money Lesson from Miss Money Bags: A Book About Managing Money and Feeling Confident", "My Money Lesson from Sir Saver: A Book About Saving Money and Dreaming Big", and any Bulk Orders for any paperback books, must be made in writing to hello@jaleesapaine.com within seven (7) days of your original purchase.

Refund requests made after You have downloaded Our digital products, or Our physical products have been shipped or delivered to you are considered on a case-by-case basis, and are issued at Our sole discretion. In considering Your refund request, We may also charge an admin fee at Our discretion.

If a refund request is granted and You receive Your money back, You must delete every copy of the product and materials that You have downloaded, including copies You have placed on other devices or media, and return all Our physical products that the refund applies to at Your own cost.

If You are entitled to a refund, We will refund Your money within two (2) weeks of the refund request being granted.

If You are required to return goods, You are liable for the cost of returning said good to Us.

Your refund will be paid in Australian dollars (AUD) via electronic transfer to Your nominated bank account for which You are required to provide details of in writing via email to hello@jaleesapaine.com, including: account name, BSB, account number and banking institution.

  

Intellectual Property and Copyright Notice

All materials on Our website, including animations, artworks, audio files, design, downloadable files, fonts, graphics, guides, illustrations, images, literary works, logos, names, products, text, video, and underlying software (the “Intellectual Property”) are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws and are owned or licensed by Us. You acknowledge and agree to this and agree that You must not copy, frame, modify, post, reproduce, transmit, upload to a third party, or distribute any of said material or Our Offering(s), in particular for commercial use, except as permitted by law, or as approved by Us in writing as provided for in these Terms and Conditions of Use.
